• If you cancel your booking more than 10 days before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your booking between 10 days and 4 days before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a refund of 50%.
• If you cancel your booking less than 4 days before your specified pick-up time, you will not be entitled to a refund.
